Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, workstations and flat-screen smart TVs. ⭐️ BATHROOMS ⭐️ There are 2 bathrooms spread throughout the home to make it easy for guests on both levels to unwind from a busy day. The bathrooms are both walk-ins showers with shower wands, expansive vanities with ample storage, and high-quality towels. ⭐️ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ⭐️ Beautiful polished concrete floors, high ceilings. Wake up in the morning to the smell of freshly brewed coffee, use the oven or microwave to make a homemade breakfast, and sit down at the bar to discuss your plans for the day. The open-concept layout allows multiple guests to use the space without feeling cramped or crowded. The custom cabinets and full-size refrigerator provide plenty of space to store your family’s favorite groceries. Take advantage of the many handy appliances like toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker and other kitchen gadgets, while a large sink and a whisper-quiet dishwasher make cleaning up a breeze. The living room with it huge two large windows looking at the mountains is designed to bring everyone together with its modern decor, and comfortable couch in front of the 65 inch flat-screen TV. ⭐️ HOT TUB/POOL ⭐️ Another amazing feature of this home is the completely private and heated indoor hot tub/pool. It’s only 3 feet deep so no diving or jumping. There is also a 55 inch flat-screen smart TV in the Hot tub area. ⭐️ SAUNA ⭐️ This home also has a private indoor sauna for your enjoyment.

Hot Tub and Sauna Rules Age Restrictions: Guests must be 18 years or older to use the hot tub and sauna. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. This home is not equipped for children under 14. Please be advised you could head a loud boom from Ft. Sill at any given time do the day. Health and Safety: Do not use the hot tub or sauna if you have open wounds, infections, or health conditions such as heart problems, high blood pressure, or if you're pregnant without first consulting a physician. Limit sauna sessions to 15 minutes and hot tub sessions to 20 minutes to avoid overheating or dehydration. Hygiene: Please shower before and after using the hot tub and sauna to maintain cleanliness and water quality. No Glassware: For safety reasons, do not bring glassware into the hot tub or sauna areas. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers. Alcohol and Drugs: Do not use the hot tub or sauna while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as this can increase the risk of accidents or medical issues. Food: Eating is not permitted in the hot tub or sauna to maintain cleanliness and prevent clogging of filters. Towels: Towels are provided. Please use them when sitting in the sauna and for drying off after the hot tub. Capacity: The hot tub has a maximum capacity of 6 people at a time, and the sauna can accommodate 6 people. Please do not exceed these limits. Temperature: The hot tub is preset to a safe temperature of 100 degrees F . No Rough Play: For safety, no diving, jumping, or rough play is allowed in or around the hot tub and sauna areas. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the hot tub and sauna clean. Please remove any personal items and ensure no debris enters the water. Please do not put oils, bath salts, scrubs etc on or in the Hot tub. Please shower before entering. Emergency: In case of an emergency, immediately exit the hot tub or sauna and call 911. Non-Compliance: Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund and could incur additional charges for damages or extra cleaning. By using the hot tub or sauna, guests agree to follow these guidelines and understand the risks associated with their use. Enjoy responsibly! Check-In & Check-Out Policy We kindly ask that all guests check out by 10:00 AM and check in no earlier than 4:00 PM to allow us time to prepare the space for everyone’s comfort. If you’d like to request an early check-in or a late check-out, we may be able to accommodate your request for a fee of $25 per additional hour, depending on availability. Please note that these adjustments are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. For guests who remain in the property past 10:00 AM without prior approval, a payment request will be sent for the additional fee of $25 per hour. Evidence of of any of the rules being broken can result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation. ⭐️ NUMBER OF GUESTS ⭐️ This house is designed for 4 adults. But we do have a maximum of 5 guest occupancy. Please no sleeping on the couch. ⭐️ REFUNDS ⭐️ We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance.
